We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you plan to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment and cancel on the same day, you will be subject to a 50% same day cancellation fee. We will be unable to schedule your next appointment until this balance is paid in full. We wish for you to respect our time as much as we respect yours. If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to contact your technician, a 100% "no show fee" will be charged to your card on file or applied to your account. You will be unable to book your next appointment until this is paid in full. If you "no show/no call" to more than two consecutive appointments or three appointments in a 6 month period we will unfortunately have to inform you that our services will not be available to you in the future.
